Shipping and Return Policy
Please note that the "Free Shipping" option we provide is USPS First Class Mail with tracking. This option includes no insurance on the shipment and unfortunately, if the "Free Shipping" option is used SOFTWEAR cannot provide refunds or replacements due to loss or delays caused by USPS.
Black Friday markdowns/flash sale and any sale items are FINAL SALE.
Discount codes CANNOT be added retroactively once an order is placed.
There will be a 10% charge added to all orders canceled before shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Softwear, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. Our attention to detail in design, construction, and material is unwavering, as well as our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction.
Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Softwear has the right to refuse any garments returned in unsellable condition.
When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and further instructions will be given to you, DO NOT return without prior authorization, all unauthorized returns will be subject to a 10% fee. We ask that you pack your return securely and to protect the garment ( please do not throw the piece in a box without a bag or squish it to fit in a small pouch, these items are resold and must be received in the condition they were sent. A 10% fee will be deducted for any mishandled merchandise) and retain your shipping receipt for your records, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back as well as any postage fees.
-Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Merchandise returned or received after 30 days of delivery must be approved by Softwear and will only qualify for store credit.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Tags MUST be attached on the garment in order to receive a refund otherwise store credit will be given. Merchandise must be wrapped in something prior to being placed in a mailer.
*Please note- Custom tie dye/bleach out/dune dyed is FINAL SALE due to the nature of it being made to order.
- ANY item on sale (flash sale or permanently marked down) is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
There will be a 10% restocking fee for all afterpay returns.
We are happy to exchange your item for another item but please note the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. In order to process an exchange, send an email to email@example.com with the request and order number. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of approval.
International shipping is facilitated via either USPS, UPS or DHL. However, please note that for international orders you will be responsible for any additional import duties, customs, fees and taxes that will be charged by your country and not included in the fulfillment order. In some rare cases, payment may be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
