RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Softwear, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. Our attention to detail in design, construction, and material is unwavering, as well as our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction.
Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted, once we have received your return, the refund will be issued.
We are happy to exchange your item for another item but please note the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. In order to process an exchange, send an email to email@example.com with the request and order number.
